MyFareWill is an online will-creation platform operated from Canada. We help individuals create legally formatted Last Will and Testament documents through a guided digital wizard. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.

We retain your account and will data for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where required for legal or tax compliance (typically 7 years for financial records).

Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you have the right to:

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
